What better day to make a meal for family than Mother’s Day? My Mum and two brothers came over to our place, and we made them brunch to celebrate.
The menu was;
Orange juice Mimosas
Coffee & tea
Fresh made bread with butter and cinnamon honey
Fresh pineapple, strawberries and figs
Smashed potatoes roasted with rosemary
Details; I combined a couple different Pinterest recipes into one for the potatoes, but this one is pretty close. The bread recipe can be found here. I made the eggs the way my Mum taught me; no milk, salt, pepper and lots of butter in the pan.
