#49 – Camp at Killbear Provincial Park

I swear we are knocking things off our list at a faster rate than I’m posting about them.  This baby is slowing me down more than I expected and there’s not a lot of energy left after a day of work.  BUT!  I am going to try to catch up before the weekend.  Fingers crossed.

Killbear Provincial Park is basically where I grew up; every summer from the time I was a toddler until I was in high school, my family would go camping here for three weeks (and then we’d go to another camp ground for another three weeks).  90% of my childhood memories are here, and it feels like coming home every time.  This is the second time Adam and I have gone together, and it was a little bittersweet; our last camping trip just us.  But we’re so excited to bring our little one here next summer.    We knocked a few more things over our camping weekend, so lots more photos of Killbear to come!

Details: Killbear Provincial Park is located about 30 minutes outside of Parry Sound.  Information and reservations can be found here.
